Mystery Disease In Leroy New York Caused By Guardasil?

The media assholes are running their mouths and the pharmaceutical owned health department is avoiding what may be the obvious. The only person so far who is advancing a credible theory is Erin Brockavich. She suspects some sort of environmental toxin as the culprit that is causing the teen girls to have uncontrollable tics. That makes much more sense than what idiots like Deepak Chopra are saying. Those dickheads are saying that a psychological problem or stress is causing something called a conversion disorder. As per usual the shrinks are full of shit.

Conversion disorder is probably a bullshit criteria for a diagnosis with little or no scientific basis and even if it were a legitimate disorder the chances of it happening simultaneously with so many girls and only girls in the same location rules it out. It's common sense.

Why is this disorder only affecting teen girls?

Why is it not affecting males or older females?

The most logical explanation is that cause of this mystery illness is related to something that is exclusive to teen girls. Some idiot think is it caused by electronic devices such as computers or I-Pads. If that were the case it would be affecting teen girls worldwide and it isn't.

What do we know about Guardasil?

OK I get it. Michelle Bachman is loony tunes but she is right about Guardasil. After she kicked Rick Perry's lying corporate ass she talked about girls who developed debilitating neurological disorders after being inoculated with the toxic Guardasil vaccine.

HPV Vaccine Safety

There are two licensed HPV vaccines, Gardasil^® and Cervarix^®, available to protect against the types of HPV infection that cause most cervical cancers. Gardasil^® was licensed for use in females, age 9-26 years in June 2006 and for males age 9-26 years in Oct 2009. Cervarix^® was licensed for use in females age 10-25 in October 2009.
The safety of HPV vaccines was studied in clinical trials worldwide before licensure. For Gardasil^® , over 29,000 males and females participated in these trials. For Cervarix^®, over 30,000 females participated in several clinical trials.
Since licensure, CDC and FDA have been closely monitoring the safety of HPV vaccines. There are 3 systems used to monitor the safety of vaccines after they are licensed and used in the U.S. These systems can monitor adverse events already known to be caused by vaccines, as well as detect rare adverse events that were not identified during pre-licensure clinical trials. The 3 systems are:

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS)–a useful early warning public health system that helps CDC and FDA detect possible side effects or adverse events following vaccination.
The Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) Project–a collaboration between CDC and 10 health care organizations which monitors and evaluates adverse events following vaccination.
The Clinical Immunization Safety Assessment (CISA) Network– a collaboration between 6 academic centers in the U.S. which conduct research on adverse events that might be caused by vaccines.

Reports to VAERS Following Gardasil^®

As of September 15, 2011, approximately 40 million doses of  Gardasil® were distributed in the U.S. and VAERS received a total of  20,096 reports of adverse events following Gardasil®  vaccination: 19,075 reports among females and 569 reports for males, of  which 504 reports were received after the vaccine was licensed for males  in October 2009. VAERS received 452 reports of unknown gender. Of the  total number of VAERS reports following Gardasil®, 92% were considered to be non-serious, and 8% were considered  serious.

The above paragraphs speaks volumes. 20,096 reports does not meal that there were only 20,096 adverse reactions. There were probably hundreds of thousands more that went unreported.

Guardasil is intended to create and immunity to the Human Papillomavirus which causes common warts and is thought to cause cervical cancer. Since boys do not have a cervix there is no medical reason to inject boys with the Guardasil vaccine.

Non-serious adverse event reports

VAERS defines non-serious adverse  events as those other than  hospitalization, death, permanent disability, or  life-threatening  illness.

The vast majority  (92%) of the adverse events reports following Gardasil®  vaccination were mild and included, pain and swelling at the injection  site (the arm), fever, dizziness,  nausea, and fainting. Syncope  (fainting) is common after injections and vaccinations, especially in   adolescents. Falls after fainting may sometimes cause serious injuries,  such as  head injuries, which can be prevented by closely observing the  person for 15  minutes after vaccination. 

Serious adverse event reports

Any VAERS report that indicated hospitalization, permanent  disability, life-threatening illness, congenital anomaly or death is  classified as serious. As with all VAERS reports, serious events may or  may not have been caused by the vaccine.

Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS)

Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) has been reported after vaccination with Gardasil®  . GBS is a rare neurologic disorder that causes muscle weakness. It  occurs in 1-2 out of every 100,000 people in their teens. A number of  infections have been associated with GBS. There has been no indication  that Gardasil®  increases the rate of GBS above the rate expected in the general population, whether or not they were vaccinated.

Blood Clots

There have been some reports of blood clots in females after receiving Gardasil®.  These clots have occurred in the heart, lungs, and legs. Most of these  people had a risk of getting blood clots, such as taking oral  contraceptives (the birth control pill), smoking, obesity, and other  risk factors.

Deaths

As of September 15, 2011, there have been a total 71 VAERS reports of death among those who have received Gardasil^®. There were 57 reports among females, 3 were among males, and 11 were reports of unknown gender. Thirty four of the total death reports have been confirmed and 37 remain unconfirmed due to no identifiable patient information in the report such as a name and contact information to confirm the report. A death report is confirmed (verified) after a medical doctor reviews the report and any associated records. In the 34 reports confirmed, there was no unusual pattern or clustering to the deaths that would suggest that they were caused by the vaccine and some reports indicated a cause of death unrelated to vaccination.

Gardasil is the HPV vaccine, touted to fight cervical cancer. What they are not telling you is that thousands of girls are having adverse reactions to the HPV Vaccines, some have even died -at last count, at least 103 lives have been lost. We have got to do something about this. These girls need our help! So they spend their days going from appointment to appointment, from specialist to specialist trying to find someone to help them. Many of these families have started looking for help outside of mainstream medicine, which in some cases, may bring minor relief. However, most insurance plans do not cover this type of treatment, and as a result, this route is out of reach for many girls.

Whenever you have blood drawn or receive a flu shot or any other skin puncture that uses a needle how do you know that the needle is sterile? The answer is, there is no way for you to know nor is there for the people using them. Syringes today are pre packaged and disposable. We can only assume that they are sterile but we don't really know.

There was a time when needles were reused and when that happened they were sterilized in an autoclave. Today they are disposable and doctors merely tear open a blister package and jab one into your skin. Was the needle sterilized before it was packaged? Who knows? Is the package sterile? Who knows? Nobody knows.

Peyton Mannig's Neck Injury Does Anyone Have The Story Right.

The big news is that Colt QB Peyton Manning had stem cell therapy to repair nerve damage in his neck or to repair a bulging disk. Some reports say that he had 3 failed surgeries before he went to Europe to have the stem cell injection while others say that Manning when there after two failed surgeries to repair a bulging disk and that the stem cell therapy failed and the third surgery worked. I smell bullshit because there is all this bullshit coming out from the corporate media saying that stem cell therapy can be dangerous yet none of these reports explain what these dangers are..

The media is reporting that in Manning's case they harvest some of his fat and derived stem cells from that and injected it into his neck and that's about all they are saying. They are saying danger danger danger and that Manning is doing this out of desperation although I could find no statements from Manning.

Here's another reason why this is bullshit. Peyton Manning is probably the best quarterback to ever. He's a living legend but the coverage has sucked. Peyton Manning making his way back to the NFL is big fucking news for not only hardcore football fans but for the casual fan as well.

There is a stench to all the articles that seems to say just because we in America are way behind the rest of the world on many medical treatments having stem cell therapy in Europe may not be safe.

Here is my take on it. What Manning had done is probably a hell of a lot safer than the 3 failed surgeries he had. Surgery has many risks. I suspect that Manning's surgery may have made him worse. I also suspect that he got bad medical advice.

If you are reading this Peyton, judging by what I have read your playing career may be over but you have the rest of your life ahead of you have you don't want to live it in pain. I would advise you to go see a Dr Nick Booree in England and see about the M6 artificial disk replacement or the NuVasive artificial disk replacement.

I would further advise you to see an Atlas Orthogonal chiropractor like the one who helped Montel Williams. I say this because your posture now is what is in the "head forward position" This can be cause by a dislocated atlas. American doctor will poo poo this but get that checked out with a simple X ray from an Atlas Orthogonal chiropractor. When you head is "on straight" you will have a better chance of healing.

One more word of advice. Consider retirement. Football is a dangerous fucking sport. You could end up crippled. Sure the fans want to see you play but they don't have to walk in your shoes. Like your brother Eli and your dad Archie you are a talented guy and you will excel at what ever you do.

Over the past few weeks, we've found evidence that Medical Justice has been planting glowing reviews on RateMDs.com. There is indication that they are submitting ratings to other doctor rating websites too. 5/26/11 Update - According to an anonymous source, Medical Justice calls this their "Review Builder Program".

We have found six IP addresses, all registered to Medical Justice, that have submitted 86 ratings for 38 different doctors in 14 different states. Every one of these submitted reviews is positively glowing, with a rating of 5 out of 5 in every category. Most of the associated comments are written in the first person, for example, "I am pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Fishman" or "Dr Rajagopal made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of my surgery". The ratings were submitted between 11/5/2010 and 3/29/2011, when we finally noticed what they were doing and blocked their IP addresses.

At a time when drug industry corruption is reaching a pinnacle of public exposure, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is actually proposing eliminating one of the few pseudo-effective measures in place that restricts the agency from becoming a full-blown Big Pharma "rubber stamp" consultant.

In a recent announcement, FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg stated that the agency may next year loosen certain conflict of interest restrictions that prevent scientists with financial ties to the drug industry from becoming members of FDA advisory panels.

There are 45 different FDA advisory committees that, according to the FDA's own website, are supposed to obtain "independent expert advice on scientific, technical, and policy matters." In other words, these panels are purportedly to be composed of objective, unbiased individuals that do not have financial or other ties to the very companies about which they are advising. Makes sense, right?

Well, in the eyes of Commissioner Hamburg, these common sense restrictions, which at least give the illusion that the FDA conducts honest regulatory work on behalf of the people, are unreasonable and must be eliminated.

Hamburg apparently believes that drug industry-funded "scientists" are vital to the FDA's work, having stated publicly that allowing Big Pharma shills to serve on advisory committees is essential if the agency is to get the information it needs to make decisions.

"We have to be sure that FDA has subject-matter experts that we need for our important decision making," stated Hamburg. But expecting to receive "independent expert advice" from industry-sponsored consultants posing as scientists rather than actual independent scientists, however, is the epitome of inane -- and this is precisely what Hamburg is suggesting as a correct form of FDA policy.

Does the FDA have the power to change its own regulatory restrictions?

Aside from Hamburg's senseless and illogical opinions about how best to obtain crucial decision-making information, the other glaring elephant in the room is the fact that the FDA can apparently change its own regulatory restrictions at will. What is the point of an agency having conflict of interest restrictions placed on it when that very same agency can simply change them when they are no longer convenient?

Last time we checked, Congress was still in charge of creating and passing laws, not the FDA. But Commissioner Hamburg seems quite sure of herself, presumably because of expressed congressional support, that the FDA's conflict of interest laws will soon be history. And it appears, based on the FDA's released draft guidance, that the FDA is actually the one in charge of amending its own policies (http://www.fda.gov/RegulatoryInform...).

The FDA claims that it needs to loosen or eliminate the conflict of interest policies from its advisory committee procedures because it is unable to find enough members to serve on its committees. According to a recent Bloomberg report, only 77 percent of FDA advisory committee positions were filled as of March 2011, which leaves 138 vacant positions out of 608 total.

But if the FDA is having a hard time filling these positions, perhaps it would do best to begin looking for eligible candidates in other places. And Robert Weissman, president of the non-profit consumer advocacy group Public Citizen, agrees, having stated that the rules should not change because the FDA is unable, or unwilling, to find independent scientists to fill its ranks.

"We need strong protection rather than less," state Weissman, following Hamburg's statements to his group about needed to relax or change the law.

A study published back in March by researchers from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Medicine discredits the FDA's claim, having found that about 44 percent of cardiologists have no ties to the drug industry. Eric Campbell, an associate professor of medicine at Harvard University and one of the study's authors, stated that the study "flat out dismisses this idea that there are no experts who don't have relationships," a claim being made by the FDA in support of its proposed new guidelines (http://www.reuters.com/article/2011...).

"There are lots of people out there who are smart and who don't have conflicts of interest," said Sid Wolfe, also with Public Citizen. "It just takes much more work for the FDA to find them. But the result is you have much less tainting of the panel discussion."

Tell the FDA to do its job, not tailor laws to suit the agenda of special interests

According to the FDA's draft guidance, the agency published a final rule on February 2, 1998, requiring clinical investigators who submit marketing applications for drugs or medical devices to also disclose whether or not they have financial ties to the companies who make the products they reviewed. Current guidelines also limit who can serve on advisory committee positions.

Both of these policies can work, at least as long as the FDA is willing to put in the work necessary to find qualified individuals who are not on the payrolls of drug and medical device companies. But the agency is demonstrating a pure unwillingness to do this, and instead is planning to cave to the drug industry and to certain lawmakers who are pushing to have the law amended instead.

Though the official comment period for the FDA's proposed new guidance for financial disclosure by clinical investigators ended on July 25, it is still crucial to contact the FDA and tell it to stop catering to special interests, and to leave be the conflict of interest policies that help preserve what little integrity remains in the agency's advisory committee process.

Japan usually leads the world in rankings of “avoidable mortality”—its effectiveness in curing diseases that can be cured.

Coverage: Japan’s health-insurance sys-tem covers everybody, including illegal aliens. It pays for physical, mental, dental, and long-term care. The Japanese are the world’s most prodigious consumers of medical care; on average they see the doctor about 15 times per year, three times the U.S. norm. They get twice as many prescriptions per capita and three times as many MRI scans. The average hospital stay is 20 nights—four times the U.S. average.

Cost: And yet Japan produces all that high-quality care at bargain-basement prices. The aging nation spends about $3,500 per person on health care each year; America burns through $7,400 per person and still leaves millions without coverage.

Japan has universal coverage, but it’s not “socialized medicine.” It’s largely a private-sector system. There is government insurance for the unemployed and the elderly, but most people rely on private plans. Japanese doctors are the most capitalist and competitive in the world. But we’re talking Japanese-style free enterprise here; there’s significant government regulation of the private players. Health insurers are required by law to cover everybody, and to pay every claim; the corollary is that everybody is required to buy health insurance. The price for a given treatment is identical everywhere in Japan. Officials say this is designed to attract doctors to rural communities, but that’s not working very well; many small towns on the outer islands have no doctor at all these days.

That fee schedule is the key to cost control in a country where people love going to the doctor. Basically, it shafts doctors and hospitals, paying some of the lowest fees on earth. As a result, doctors work long hours. They are comfortably middle-class, but not in the country-club set. But the savings can be huge in the high-tech realm that drives U.S. bills so high. An MRI scan of the neck region—routinely $2,400 or so in America—is $130 in Japan. Cost cutting like that has stimulated innovation and efficiency. Low fees are taking a toll, though. In a sense, Japanese medicine is the mirror opposite of America’s. We spend too much on health care, but still cover too few of our citizens; Japan provides lots of care to everybody, but probably spends too little to make its best-in-the-world system sustainable.

My 75 year old mother had knee surgery in Florida, then got the awful c diff! Perhaps a lawsuit is the only way to make sure these facilities are cleaned properly. Seems to be the only thing to "light a fire" under these medical providers. Otherwise, you get denial of any responsiblilty. After all, doctors stick together. We are not interested in a law suit, just looking for information on line, but to the person who said "you suck"...let's see how you feel once your sweet, trusting, elderly mother suffers the way mine has. I think you suck!

Clindamycin actually has a very important role in the treatment of community acquired MRSA infections and other conditions and in which patients present with multiple drug allergies. I can assure you doctors who prescribe clindamycin do not suck. The unfortunate described potential (not guaranteed by any means) complication with this reported antibiotic can happen with all antibiotics. And in fact, it can happen with no antibiotic use at all. My comment: This asshole mentions MRSA.. Community acquired MRSA is a lying weasel's way of saying hospital or health care acquired MRSA because that is where most MRSA infections occur.

You didn't almost die due to clindamycin. You almost died because you were sick. Clindamycin, just like any other antibiotic can cause c diff colitis. In fact, I prescribe clindamycin all the time for MRSA related skin infections. It saves probably hundreds of thousands of lives a year that would have otherwise not been adequately treated. Clindamycin therapy is a standard of care for many medical conditions. Your anger is highly misplaced. The FDA sent "Dear Doctor" letters stating that this drug is to be used in extreme cases only because of the risks. I had a dang tooth removed and I am not allergic to penicillin so there was no need for this drug. I was given NO warnings, I am looking at the bottle right now and NO warnings. I didn't need this drug. It took everything out of me. Do your research on all of the patients who became seriously ill and the pregnant woman who died after taking it. I am sure, like me she trusted her doctor or dentist. This site must be paid by the makers of this drug. I went to the dang dentist, I was not in the hospital. I "was" perfectly healthy and now I have to deal with this. Yes, I am angry. I have had many antibiotics in the past and have never had such a problem. At $4 for a course of treatment, it also allows people without means to afford the medication for an infection that could otherwise kill them. The dentist should have warned me at the very least! Can you not see where others have had similar situations? One poor person had a dang bug bite, which should have been an easy fix but somehow went horribly wrong. You must be a major stock holder in the drug or have some sort of ties to it or else you would be more willing to listen to reason. SRT-1720 Promises Life Extension

Sustaining the flickering hope that human aging might somehow be decelerated, researchers have found they can substantially extend the average life span of obese mice with a specially designed drug.

The drug, SRT-1720, protects the mice from the usual diseases of obesity by reducing the amount of fat in the liver and increasing sensitivity to insulin. These and other positive health effects enable the obese mice to live 44 percent longer, on average, than obese mice that did not receive the drug, according to a team of researchers led by Rafael de Cabo, a gerontologist at the National Institute on Aging.

Drugs closely related to SRT-1720 are now undergoing clinical trials in humans.
The findings “demonstrate for the first time the feasibility of designing novel molecules that are safe and effective in promoting longevity and preventing multiple age-related diseases in mammals,” Dr. de Cabo and colleagues write in Thursday’s issue of the new journal Scientific Reports. Their conclusion supports claims that had been thrown in doubt by an earlier study that was critical of SRT-1720.

A drug that makes it cost-free to be obese may seem more a moral hazard than an incentive to good health. But the rationale behind the research is somewhat different: the researchers are trying to capture the benefits that allow mice on very low-calorie diets to live longer. It just so happens that such benefits are much easier to demonstrate in mice under physiological stress like obesity than in normal mice.

“The drugs could be used as a preventative to stave off diseases, but I don’t think they will ever be an excuse to abuse your body,” said David Sinclair, a biologist at Harvard Medical School and co-chairman of the scientific advisory board of Sirtris, which developed SRT-1720.
The company, a small pharmaceutical concern in Cambridge, Mass., designed SRT-1720 and a set of similar drugs to mimic resveratrol — the trace ingredient of red wine that is thought to activate protective proteins called sirtuins.

The sirtuins help bring about the 30 percent extension of life span enjoyed by mice and rats that are kept on very low-calorie diets. Since few people can keep to such an unappetizing diet, researchers hoped that doses of resveratrol might secure a painless path to significantly greater health and longevity.

But large doses of resveratrol are required to show any effect, so chemical mimics like SRT-1720 were developed to activate sirtuin at much lower doses.

Sirtuins have proved to be highly interesting proteins, but the goal of extending life span was set back last year when extensive trials of resveratrol showed it did not prolong mice’s lives, although it seemed to do them no harm. Another blow came in 2009, when biologists at Pfizer reported that SRT-1720 and other resveratrol mimics did not activate sirtuins and did not have any beneficial effects in fat mice.

The report by Dr. de Cabo and his colleagues may do much to rescue SRT-1720 from this shadow. They found that SRT-1720 offered substantial benefits to the fat mice, with no signs of toxicity. Unlike the Pfizer study, which was short term, they followed large groups of mice for over three years.
“This is good evidence that this compound has a positive effect on the physiology of the obese animal, and that is definitely promising for humans,” said Jan Vijg, an expert on aging at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx.

Dr. de Cabo and his team “make a reasonable case” that the compound works by activating sirtuins, although they have not proved it, Dr. Vijg said.

In one sense it does not much matter how the drug obtains its effects, as long as it works. But the credibility of SRT-1720 and its cousins also rests on their design as sirtuin activators.

Despite the positive new results with SRT-1720, Sirtris is not putting it into clinical trials because the company believes another of its resveratrol mimics, SRT-2104, is more promising. That drug “is more suitable for human consumption,” said Dr. Sinclair, a co-author of Dr. de Cabo’s report.

“Questions were raised about the molecules and if they are working the way we said they were,” Dr. Sinclair said. “But with this paper, the weight of evidence is shifting back in favor of the premise that we can tweak the aging pathway with drugs.”

Obese mice are a standard research tool, but experts differ as to how relevant they are to humans. “They’ve poisoned the mice with this high-fat diet that makes them very sick indeed, and with SRT-1720 they can reverse some portion of that illness,” said Dr. Richard A. Miller, an expert on aging mice at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Miller said the finding “looks like something people should pay a lot of attention to,” but added that the study would have been even more interesting if it had shown an effect on normal mice.

Dr. de Cabo and his team included normal, untreated lean mice in their study as a control group for the treated and untreated fat mice. The treated fat mice lived longer than the untreated ones, but died long before the normal mice. Although the treated fat mice lived significantly longer on average, there was little difference between their maximum life span and that of the untreated mice. The drug, in other words, helped the fat mice enjoy more of their available life span without increasing the span itself.
The researchers’ findings would be more significant if they had showed that SRT-1720 prolonged the lives of normal mice. Dr. Sinclair said that this leg of the study had been started at the same time, but that the treated normal mice were taking longer to die and could not be reported with the others. Dr. de Cabo said the results were “encouraging” but could not be discussed until they were published early next year. But Dr. Vijg noted that since the drug did not extend the maximum life span of fat mice, it would be surprising if it did so with lean mice.

Some researchers say that too much attention has been given to resveratrol and its sirtuin-activating mimics, and that other compounds like the antibiotic rapamycin may be even more promising. But the sirtuins “are worth a lot of attention even though some of the early claims have proved hard to reproduce,” Dr. Miller said.

Because of the uncertainty about several earlier findings, the sirtuin field has become polarized. “Some people are strongly in support, and others are convinced there’s nothing there,” said Brian Kennedy, president of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. He described himself as standing in the middle, but hopeful that the sirtuins would turn out to be “key modulators of aging.”

Clindamycin Dangers

American doctors are greedy careless overpaid arrogant bastards who see sick people are customers instead of patients. Clindamycin is for very serious infections but because it is a kickback drug doctors give it out like candy. The Chinese banned this poison in 2006.

On August 4, 2006, The Health Ministry of China issued a nationwide ban on Clindamycin. Local health authorities on August 8, 2006 were instructed to start daily reports on people experiencing adverse reactions to the drug. The daily reporting system was last used as China battled the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in 2003. The ministry also ordered local departments to speed up their drive to bring the injection out of circulation, to avoid any new deaths. The Anhui Company has sold 3.18 million units of the injection to 26 provinces, regions and municipalities throughout China.

I have been on clindamycin for about 5 days. I woke up this morning to take a dose, about 15 minutes later i had the most terrible burning sensation in my stomach, it felt like i drank some muriatic acid, I had no idea what to do, after bout several spoonfuls of mylanta, i kind went away. I had to lay down for most of the day, which is not like myself.
Thank god i see my doctor tomorrow. so he can take me off this med, as was the ER> doctor that prescribed this med to me. I will never take it again.

I took this then went to bed on night, woke up a bit later in Agony, Felt like heartburn but with avengance, as if i had a fire in my stomach. I tried drinking milk, and takin Gaviscon but to no avail, end up i drank 2 litres of water and made myself vomit, this helped a lot in easing the pain. I was too late it seems, this med gave me a stomach ulcer which is very painful, when eating or drinking anything. This is one evil drug, my advise would be AVOID IT ALL COSTS!

I was given another patient's i.v. medication while i was an inpatient at the indianapolis V.A. medical center the med was clindamycin (Which I am allergic to) After undergoing anaphylactic shock and having terrible rashes all over my body I now suffer from hearing loss as well as severe neuralgia in my extremeties that has not gone away. My 17 year old son was prescribed 300mg 4x a day for a(deep) tooth infection.When I went to pick up the RX at Target,the pharcacist was concerned and told me to read the med info insert.My son did'nt want to ..but took 300mg just once yesterday(stupid me).I freaked out when I read all the side affects and thru the Poison away.I called the dentist and requested Amoxicillin 500mg for him instead.Thank God my boy hasnt had any side affects...What a F###ed up drug..The drug maker needs to get sued

I was prescribed Clindamycin for a nose infection by an ER doctor. 450mg every 6 hours. I was also given an IV dose to begin with. I followed up with my regular physician 2 days later and he immediately took me off the Clindamycin and put me in the hospital. He reserves usage of this drug to patients with severe abdominal infections due to bacteria that has been resistant to other antibiotics. He also stated this medication is for internal bacterial infections such as your intestines and is NOT indicated for oral bacterial infections such as nose, mouth, etc.

My pharmacist was kind enough to give me a medical information sheet provided by Corepharma LLC who manufacturers this drug. There is a warning listed in the "Indications and Usage" area that reads:

Clindamycin is indicated in the treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible anaerobic bacteria. Clindamycin is also indicated in the treatment of serious infections due to susceptible strains of streptococci, pneumococci, and staphylococci, its use SHOULD BE RESERVED FOR PENICILLIN-ALLERGIC PATIENTS OR OTHER PATIENTS FOR WHOM, IN THE JUDGEMENT OF THE PHYSICIAN, A PENICILLIN IS INAPPROPRIATE. Because of the risk of colitis, as described in the WARNING box, before selecting clindamycin the physician should consider the nature of the infection and the suitability of less toxic alternatives (e.g., erythromycin).

After 8 maximum doses of clindamycin, and while being hospitalized, the diarrhea, nausea and stomach cramps started. It started Thursday morning and it's now Saturday night and I'm showing no signs of improvement. My doctor has me taking the maximum doses of Protonix and Zantac to try and conquer the effects of clindamycin.

Unfortunately, I put too much trust in the ER doctor and now I'm paying the cost. According to my personal physician, my colon could be permanently damaged.

I am not trying to offer advice. The final choice rests between you and your doctor. As for me, I will never take this drug again and in the future I will ask questions and research any prescribed drug before taking it.

Do not take clindamycin. I have been in the hospital two times since taking this because it kills all good bacteria and leaves the bad c-diff. I have had diaharea since Oct 20 and have taken flagyl, vancomyocin and got worse. Do not take it. Check with your doctor for c-diff if you get diaharea. The dentist gave it to me when I had my tooth pulled.

I used this devil drug and I had to be rushed to the hospital. I passed out because the pain in my abdomen was so intense. The diarhea I had was so bad I began to bleed. I also didn't eat much and my stomach was constantly in pain. Searing pain. I did try eating the cultured yogurt and everything. even went to a gastrointerologist (after my stay in the hospital) and it turns out this drug actually messed me up for good. Please stay away from it. Please! There are plenty other antibiotics out there that work just as well without the killing side effects.

I took clindamycin 300 mg twice/day for 7 days. I had some minor diarrhea while taking it, but the real GI problems started when I finished. My last dose was on 2/4/08. I have been having diarrhea with some mucous and a small amount of blood. I was told that the side effects of clindamycin can occur anywhere from 4-6 weeks AFTER you have finished the medication. I am taking probiotics and hope it will help. I will never take clindamycin again.

I have recently been given a persciption for Clindamycin. I have only taken a total of 4 pills, but am already starting to feel the effects (loose stool, heartburn, nausea, etc). This drug is pretty serious. I won't type all of it, but here are some of the more pertinent things in the panflet I received from my pharmecist. Bottom line people, if you feel ill CALL YOUR DOCTOR!!!

WARNING: This medication may cause a severe (rarely fatal) intestinal condition (pseudmembranous colitis) due to a type of resistant bacteria. This condition may occur during treatment, or weeks to MONTHS afterwards. Tells you doctor IMMEDIATELY if you develop: persisten diarrhea, abdominal or stomach pains/cramping, or blood/mucus in your stool. DO NOT USE anti-diarrhea products or narcotic pain medications if you have these symptoms because these products may make them worse.

SIDE EFFECTS: Nausea,vomitting, or diarrhea may occur. If any of these persist or worsen, tell your doctor promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if this unlikely but serious side effect occurs: heartburn. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these rare but very serious side effects occur: joint pain/swelling, yellowing eye/skin, dark urine, change in the amount of urine.

ALLERGIC REACTION: A reaction to this drug is rare, but the symptoms may include: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, and trouble breathing.

I had reoccuring abscesses on my right tonsils for about 3 months starting a year ago. Within these 3 months I was perscribed on 3 seperate occasions a double dosage of 300 mg 4 times a day of clindamycin for a span of 14 days, along with many other antibiotics. I went through 2 bottles of acidophilus, and ate probiotic yogurt ALL the time. now, a year later, I still have constant diahrrea as well as stomach pains almost everyday, sometimes multiple times a day.

The following is another example of a greedy American doctor with a God complex. The woman in question was accompanying her husband who was suffering form sexual dysfunction that may may have been caused by one of the pharmaceutical poisons the greedy uncaring arrogant brutish doctor had prescribed for him.

Yesterday we went to see the doctor. I didn't get my hopes up too much, but I did see it as being an important step. My husband is a proud man who used to be very fit and active; he finds it hard enough to accept that he cannot do many of the things he used to do let alone admit to anyone that he's having problems in the bedroom too. That he'd even agreed to go was really something major and its taken a few weeks for him to pick up the courage. He asked me to go along for moral support and to make sure he didn't back out. He was a nervous wreck about it.

Obviously this man did not feel comfortable discussing his health issues with this money grubbing arrogant fucker.

Anyway, I wouldn't exactly say he opened up and he let me do most of the talking but he did OK. He expressed concern that his medication is making the problem worse and asked if there were alternatives that could be looked at. Now I don't know about the rest of you here but I thought that was a perfectly reasonable request. I was totally unprepared for the doctor to launch into a totally unprovoked attack ...on me!

Uh oh somebody questioned God and as result of that sinful and foolish act they felt God's wrath!

Apparently I'm selfish and inconsiderate and I ought to be ashamed of myself for putting my sexual gratification before my husbands health! We both just sat there at first, totally speechless, listening to him go on and on and on. He made it sound like anything other than the exact medication he's on would have dire consequences for his health. Now if that's true, then fine I accept that. There is no way I'm ever going to encourage him to do anything to put his health at risk. But in this day and age I really don't believe that there is nothing that could at least be considered. And to blame me for it all... I should have fired back. I should have really let rip but instead I sat there in tears. It was an emotionally charged situation to begin with without having my morals and motives called into question. I felt so humiliated.

What a total fucking asshole that greedy prick was to this couple. Leave it to some overpaid worthless pill pushing cocksucker to make this couple feel worse than than they already did. I would have beaten that arrogant fucker down and the prison time would have been worth it.

To give my husband his due he did defend me (once he'd gotten over the shock of it) and insisted no one was going to talk to his wife like that, just before he grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the door. He's also planning on putting in a complaint but the damage its done... this has set us back miles. He's swinging wildly now between saying its just something we'll have to live with "You heard the doctor, there's nothing that can be done", and threatening to stop taking his tablets altogether. Like that's going to help! He's never liked doctors and avoids them whenever possible so as much as I know that the idiot we saw isn't the only doctor in the world and that we need to see one with a bit more sympathy for the situation, the chances of me getting him to agree to talking to to someone again are pretty slim. It going to take a long time to build back to where we were just yesterday morning.

I've cried, I've screamed, I've smashed things and now I'm just numb. All the work, all the tentative conversations, all the hope and its come to this.

You don't need a psychologist to tell you that when someone is arrogant or acts superior, does so because he lacks self-confidence. He's probably a lousy doctor and he knows it. Instead of truly feeling superior, he instead, truly feels inferior. So he'll use intimidation, or act conceited to cover up that lack of competence. In the schoolyard, this prick was a bully. In a medical setting, that bully's intimidation takes the form of arrogance.

Many doctors are arrogant or rude, highhanded or dismissive. The God Complex in doctors has always been part of medicine but these days they are increasingly common. Greedy doctors are seeing more patients and spending less and less time with each one and are replacing discussions of the patient's real medical need with kick-back laden laboratory tests and scans. Most doctors have no idea of their patients' opinions of them.They are so fucking arrogant and blinded by their lust for money that they simply do not care.

These doctors has spend a lifetime with their personalities and you won't be able to change it unless you beat the crap out of them. Therefore, your choices are to either learn to work around it, or to find another doctor. The best option is for find another doctor but it might be worth employing a little do it yourself justice.

New Medical Protocol Aims to Prevent Bloodstream Infections

Baltimore — Hospitals are havens of healing, but they also house dangerous germs that can and do infect patients. Hospital-acquired bloodstream infections are common, deadly and, according to research, preventable. Dr. Peter Pronovost has developed a program to help prevent bloodstream infections and is sharing it with the world.

Catheters — tubes placed into a neck, chest or groin blood vessel — can deliver medication and fluids to — or provide a blood sample from — patients in a hospital, but they also can introduce dangerous bacteria directly into a patient’s bloodstream. According to Pronovost, a professor at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health and director of the Johns Hopkins Quality and Safety Research Group (QSRG), 80,000 patients become infected through a catheter each year in the United States with around 30,000 deaths. At a cost of $45,000 per infection, the annual expense of these infections could reach $2.3 billion, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The impact these infections have globally is unclear. “Most other countries aren’t measuring bloodstream infections. A crucial first step is that we want to know how big of a problem we are dealing with,” Pronovost said. “But even in developing countries this might be an issue.”
The World Health Organization is teaming up with QSRG to bring the Comprehensive Unit-based Safety Program (CUSP) to Spain, Peru and Chile beginning in April. Representatives of the United Kingdom are working directly with QSRG to introduce CUSP to their nation, also in April.
CUSP, a collaborative effort among QSRG, the Health Research and Educational Trust and the Michigan Health and Hospital Association’s Keystone Center for Patient Safety and Quality, ran throughout Michigan for 18 months and reduced catheter-related bloodstream infection rates by 66 percent, saving an estimated 2,000 lives and saving patients and their insurance carriers $200 million.

“This is by far the largest, most robust and sustained improvement we’ve seen [in bloodstream infection rates], and people are hungry for things that work,” Pronovost said. Because of the dramatic reduction in infection rates observed in Michigan, CUSP is expanding. On February 1, the program was rolled out in 30 other states.

STUDY SHOWS CATHETER-RELATED INFECTIONS ARE PREVENTABLE

It was not always clear that it was possible to prevent catheter-related bloodstream infections. “We thought for years that these infections were inevitable,” Pronovost said, but the Michigan study shows that they are not. At the heart of CUSP’s success is simplifying complicated and lengthy patient-safety guidelines. “What was needed was summarizing evidence in a simple checklist. Turn a 100-page document into just five different things.”

By following a short protocol — essentially a checklist — each time a catheter is placed, health care providers appear to use good technique more often. The checklist is five steps: Wash your hands; clean the patient’s skin; put on a cap, gown and mask; avoid placing the catheter on groin; and take out lines when you do not need them. But the checklist is only part of the program.

“CUSP is a system that allows doctors and nurses to help each other out,” Pronovost said. “It gives them tools to practice teamwork behavior and to set goals every day.”

The first step in the program is educating hospital staff on the science of safety, using materials provided by Pronovost. Then, teams made up of hospital staff members work to identify defects in their hospital and come up with interventions to improve outcomes. After implementing an intervention, the team monitors the results to determine whether it has developed a viable solution.

“At the end of the day, the monitoring is most important,” Pronovost said.
In addition, CUSP is flexible, and could be useful in stemming the rates of any hospital-acquired infection, according to Pronovost. Bloodstream infections can enter the body through routes other than catheters, and other types of diseases, like pneumonia and Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), can be spread in hospital settings.

Any hospital can follow the CUSP protocol. “We’ve put all the training materials online,” Pronovost said. “We have a Web site with these modules that will be free and open to the public with all components to this program.”

“It’s time we improve health and safety,” he said.

Potential cancer applications

Cancer cells generally use glycolysis rather than respiration (oxidative phosphorylation) for energy (the Warburg effect), as a result of hypoxia that exists in tumors and malfunctioning mitochondria.^[15] Usually dangerously damaged cells kill themselves via apoptosis, a mechanism of self-destruction that involves mitochondria, but this mechanism fails in cancer cells.

Results of phase II clinical trials

In in vitro studies, Evangelos Michelakis of University of Alberta found that in tissue samples from 49 patients, DCA caused depolarization of mitochondria in GBM tissue but not in normal brain tissue.^[5]
Five palliative patients with primary GBM were entered into a phase II trial. Three had not responded to several chemotherapies; two were newly diagnosed. After surgical removal of tumor mass, they were treated with DCA and chemotherapy.^[5]
Of the five patients tested, one died after three months. The surviving four were followed for 15 months. Their Karnofsky scores were unchanged in two cases, and decreased by 10 points in two patients.^[5]

DCA was associated with tumor regression and had a good safety profile. DCA side effects were minimal.^[5]

Michelakis is proceeding with phase three human studies with private funding from philanthropic groups and individuals. DCA's legal status as a discovery is public domain because it was made or discovered as far back as 1864^[20] and has been used in the treatment of canine and human lactic acidosis, some who presented at the beginning of treatment with cancer.

Off-label use

Akbar and Humaira Khan have since March 2007 treated cancer patients using DCA off-label at their private clinic, Medicor Cancer Centres, in Toronto.^[21] They have treated several types of cancer and said on their web site that some patients "are showing varied positive responses to DCA including tumor shrinkage, reduction in tumor markers, symptom control, and improvement in lab tests".^[22] Although they have not published their results nor reported it at medical conferences, they have uploaded details of patient responses and overall statistics on their web site.^[23] They report that two patients who had DCA added to traditional chemotherapy had complete remission of metastatic cancer. After 397 reported cases of possible psychosis, 227 domestic reports of suicidal behavior and 28 suicides, the U.S. government banned pilots and air traffic controllers and interstate truck and bus drivers from taking Chantix. Tamoxifen

Tamoxifen causes cancer and birth defects. One study showed that 57.2 percent of women on continuous Tamoxifen developed atrophy of the lining of the uterus, 35.7 coexisting hyperphasia and 8.1 percent uterine polyps.

Boniva

After you take Boniva, you have to avoid lying down for at least 60 minutes to "help decrease the risk of problems in the esophagus and stomach." Then you need to wait at least 60 minutes before eating or drinking anything except water, and you must never take it with mineral water, sparkling water, coffee, tea, milk, juice or other oral medicines -- including calcium, antacids, or vitamins.
(I would most definitely include ALL the biphosphonates here, like Fosamax. They are dangerous, loaded with side effects, do not lower fracture risk and should never be taken unless you want to further enrich the drug industry coffers)

Salmeterol-containing drugs such as Advair contributes to an estimated 5,000 asthma-related deaths each year in the US alone.
Avandia (rosiglitazone) – This diabetes drug can make your health go from bad to worse, as it can cause a heart attack. One study found that people who took rosiglitazone for at least a year increased their risk of heart failure or a heart attack by 109 percent and 42 percent, respectively.
Celebrex -- This painkiller has been linked to increased risks of stomach bleeding, kidney trouble, and liver damage. And, according to a 2005 study, people taking 200 mg of Celebrex twice a day more than doubled their risk of dying of cardiovascular disease. Those on 400 mg twice a day more than tripled their risk.
Insulin. While this hormone can save your life if you are a type 1 diabetic, it is predominately prescribed for type 2 diabetics, which is the kiss of death. If you or anyone you know has type 2 diabetes and is on insulin, have them read this article by Dr. Rosedale and get off this insulin ASAP.
Ritalin – This drug is commonly prescribed to children diagnosed with ADHD, despite the fact it has the same pharmacological profile as cocaine. By definition, Ritalin stimulates your central nervous system, leading to side effects such as increased blood pressure and heart rate.

STEP 1: The surgeon accesses the spine creating a small entry site into the annulus or outer portion of the disc.

Study Design. A prospective, nonrandomized multicenter study of lumbar disc nucleus replacement using the DASCOR Disc Arthroplasty Device. An interim analysis of clinical results is presented, obtained from European patients enrolled in 2 studies.

Objective. To determine the safety and efficacy of the DASCOR Device for the treatment of symptomatic single-level degenerative disc disease (DDD).

Summary of Background Data. Patients suffering from DDD have been limited to a choice between nonoperative therapies or invasive surgical treatments such as total disc replacement or spinal fusion. The DASCOR Device was developed to provide an alternative treatment with a less invasive surgical intervention.

Methods. A total of 85 patients from 11 European centers were enrolled in 1 of 2 studies between February 2003 and July 31, 2007. Data were collected before surgery and after surgery at 6 weeks and at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months. The clinical outcome measures were obtained from the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for back pain, the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), radiographic assessments, and records of analgesic medication use.

Results. Mean VAS and ODI scores improved significantly after 6 weeks and throughout the 2 years. Radiographic results demonstrated, at a minimum, maintenance of disc height with no device expulsion and, despite Modic-Type 1 changes, no subsidence. Fourteen patients had serious adverse events including device explants in 7 patients (7 of 85), in which the main complication was resumed back pain after time. Patients’ rate of analgesic medication decreased dramatically over time, with all patients experiencing significant improvements after 3 months and nearly no analgesic medication or narcotic drug use at 2 years.

Conclusion. The interim outcomes showed significant improvements in mean ODI and VAS scores. The results of these European studies suggest that the DASCOR Device may be a safe and effective less-invasive surgical option for patients with DDD.

More PROOF Vaccines Caused the Autism Epidemic

An article in the March 10, 2006 issue of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons shows that since mercury was removed from childhood vaccines, the alarming increase in reported rates of autism and other neurological disorders (NDs) in children not only stopped, but actually dropped sharply - by as much as 35%.

Using the government's own databases, independent researchers analyzed reports of childhood NDs, including autism, before and after removal of mercury-based preservatives. Authors David A. Geier, B.A. and Mark R. Geier, M.D., Ph.D. analyze data from the CDC's Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) and the California Department of Developmental Services (CDDS) in "Early Downward Trends in Neurodevelopmental Disorders Following Removal of Thimerosal-Containing Vaccines."

The numbers from California show that reported autism rates hit a high of 800 in May 2003. If that trend had continued, the reports would have skyrocketed to more than 1000 by the beginning of 2006. But in fact, the Geiers report that the number actually went down to only 620, a real decrease of 22%, and a decrease from the projections of 35%.

This analysis directly contradicts 2004 recommendations of the Institute of Medicine which examined vaccine safety data from the National Immunization Program (NIP) of the CDC. While not willing to either rule out or to corroborate a relationship between mercury and autism, the IOM soft-pedaled its findings, and decided no more studies were needed. The authors write: "The IOM stated that the evidence favored rejection of a causal relationship between thimerosal and autism, that such a relationship was not biologically plausible, and that no further studies should be conducted to evaluate it."

As more and more vaccines were added to the mandatory schedule of vaccines for children, the dose of the mercury-based preservative thimerosal rose, so that the cumulative dose injected into babies exceeded the toxic threshold set by many government agencies. Mercury is known to damage nerve cells in very low concentrations.

The concern about vaccines may actually be underrated, as it is generally acknowledged that the voluntary reporting of such disorders has resulted in vast underreporting of new cases. For example, the Iowa state legislature banned thimerosal from all vaccines administered there after it documented a 700-fold increase in that state alone. California followed suit, and 32 states are considering doing so.

Up until about 1989 pre-school children got only 3 vaccines (polio, DPT, MMR). By 1999 the CDC recommended a total of 22 vaccines to be given before children reach the 1st grade, including Hepatitis B, which is given to newborns within the first 24 hours of birth. Many of these vaccines contained mercury. In the 1990s approximately 40 million children were injected with mercury-containing vaccines.

Lies and Misinformation!

You will read articles saying that no connection between vaccines containing mercury have been found. What most articles that spout the industry propaganda say that there is no increase in autism in kids that got the MMR Mumps Measles Rubella vaccine but kids since the onset of the autism epidemic have been getting 22 vaccines when before the epidemic began kids only got 3.

The industry is putting out propaganda for covering its guilty ass and it is also making profits by making kids sick.

The increase in reported cases of autism has not only slowed, but actually reversed now that thimerosal, a mercury-based vaccine preservative, has finally been removed from childhood vaccines.
Studies of two government databases indicate that autism rates went up as thimerosal dosages increased, then began to decline as thimerosal was removed.

From 240 to Close to Zero
The average exposure of a young child to thimerosal dropped from 240 micrograms in 1999 to almost nothing four years later. Autism rates among children declined at a similar rate.
Dr. Robert Davis, director of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) immunization safety group, argues that this cannot "... really be taken to provide any evidence one way or the other." Solid evidence of a link between thimerosal and autism could result in serious repercussions for government agencies and drug companies.

If new recommendations requiring annual influenza vaccinations for children are followed, their average dose could increase back to 60 micrograms.

Behind the Scenes
Documents newly released under the Freedom of Information Act indicate that the CDC was actually discouraging thimerosal's removal behind the scenes, despite their public call for removal. The CDC at one point rejected a proposal by drugmaker SmithKline Beecham to produce thimerosal-free vaccines, and the CDC's commitment to banning thimerosal has often seemed half-hearted since that time.

Protecting Industry
A federal health official, who has requested anonymity, believes that there were other considerations besides safety guiding the CDC's actions, including protecting the economic interests of drug industry partners. The industry's stockpiled thimerosal-based vaccines would have become worthless had there been an immediate ban on the substance.

Even though mercury is known to degenerate brain neurons and disrupt the central nervous system, it is still found in processed foods and mandatory vaccines. In this second part of the series examining the intentional dumbing-down of society, this article will discuss the presence of mercury in common foods and vaccines.

The first article in this series – Dumbing Down Society Pt 1: Foods, Beverages and Meds – looked at the effects of aspartame, fluoride and prescription pills on the human brain. These substances all cause a decrease of cognitive power which, on a large scale, leads to a dumbing down of the population that is ingesting them. This second article focuses on another toxic product found in everyday foods and mandatory vaccines: mercury.

Mercury is a heavy metal naturally found in the environment. However, it is not suitable for human consumption, as it is extremely harmful to the human body, especially the brain. While some people say that anything can be consumed in moderation, many experts agree that no amount of mercury is safe for the human body. Despite this and the many studies concerning the negative effects of mercury, the heavy metal is continually added to mandatory vaccines and processed foods.
Mercury is known to cause brain neuron degeneration and to disturb the central nervous system. Direct exposure to the metal causes immediate and violent effects:

Most people do not come in direct contact with mercury, but are exposed to small doses at a time, resulting in a slow but steady poisoning of the brain. As the years go by, the effects of the substance impairs judgment and rational thinking, decreases memory and disrupts emotional stability. In other words: It makes you dumber.

Mercury has also the unfortunate ability to transfer from pregnant woman to their unborn babies. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, mercury passed on to the fetus during pregnancy may have lasting consequences, including memory impairment, diminished language skills and other cognitive complications.
It has been highly publicized that mercury is found in dangerous quantities in seafood, such as tuna, swordfish and tilefish. This creates a rather ironic situation: Instead of making you smarter because of all the Omega-3 they contain, the fish produce exactly the opposite effect on the brain due to mercury poisonning.

Unfortunately, mercury is also found in other products: vaccines and high-fructose corn syrup.

Vaccines

Mercury is found in great quantities in mandatory vaccines. Before we get into the details of it, here are some facts about vaccines in America as noted by Dr. Sherri Tenpenny:

The U.S. government is the largest purchaser of vaccines in the country. In fact, nearly 30 percent of the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) annual budget is composed of purchasing vaccines and ensuring vaccination is completed for every child in the country.

State vaccination laws mandate that children be vaccinated prior to being allowed to attend public or private schools. Failure to vaccinate children can not only result in children being prohibited from attending school, but their parents or guardians can receive civil fines and criminal penalties. Schools don’t usually tell parents is that in every state, an exemption exists allowing parents to legally refuse vaccines while still allowing their children to attend school.

The medical industry advocates vaccines, often demanding that parents vaccinate their children in order to remain under their doctor’s care. A sizable portion of a pediatrician’s income is derived from insurance reimbursement for vaccinations. The ever-expanding vaccination schedule that includes increasingly more expensive vaccines has been a source of increased revenues for vaccinating doctors.

Thimerosal

A child receives approximately 21 vaccines before the age of six and 6 more before the age of 18, for a total of 27 shots during childhood. Many of these injections contain Thimerosal, a preservative added to the shots, made of 49% mercury. The unprecedented use of mercury on children has created a generation of cognitively impaired children.

Due to the suspected link between vaccines and autism, more than 5,000 U.S. families have filed claims in a federal vaccine court against the companies producing the vaccines. In most cases, the plaintiffs received no compensation and all correlation between the illness and vaccines was denied by the defendants. A public relations war has been going on for years, as studies and counter-studies have appeared, proving or denying the links between vaccines and autism, depending where they originate from. The studies claiming that vaccines are safe have often been funded by the very companies that produce them.

Despite the denials, Thimerosal is slowly–and silently–being phased out of vaccines for babies. Not too long after the phasing out began, cases of autism have sharply dropped in the country.

“Published in the March 10 issue of the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons, the data show since mercury was removed from childhood vaccines, the reported rates of autism and other neurological disorders in children not only stopped increasing but actually dropped sharply – by as much as 35 percent. Using the government’s own databases, independent researchers analyzed reports of childhood neurological disorders, including autism, before and after removal of mercury-based preservatives.
According to a statement from the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons, or AAPS, the numbers from California show that reported autism rates hit a high of 800 in May 2003. If that trend had continued, the reports would have risen to more than 1,000 by the beginning of 2006. But the number actually went down to 620, a real decrease of 22 percent, and a decrease from the projection of 35 percent.

The phasing out of Thimerosal from vaccines intended for children is all well and good, but the preservative is still found in many vaccines intended for adults. Did someone realize that mercury in vaccines is too strong for children, making them sick and ultimately unproductive, but perfect to dumb-down fully developed adults? The ruling class is not looking to create a generation of autistic people who would need constant care, but a mass of “useful idiots” that can accomplish repetitive and mind-numbing tasks, while accepting without questioning what they are being told.
As of today, Thimerosal is still found in Influenza vaccines, commonly known as the flu shot. Those shots are seasonal, meaning that patients are encouraged to come back every winter to get their yearly vaccine/dose of mercury.

Makers of the Influenza vaccine say it boasts a “solid health record,” meaning the shot does not seem cause observable illnesses. What is NEVER discussed, however, is the slow and gradual brain neuron degeneration most individuals go through, year after year, due constant mercury poisoning. This process of slowing down brain functions is not easily observable nor quantifiable but it is still happening on a world-wide scale. If mercury can completely disrupt the fragile minds of children enough to possibly cause autism, it will, at the very least, impair fully developed minds.
Almost as if created to generate demands for vaccines, new diseases appear periodically around the world that, with the help of mass media scare campaigns, cause people to beg their officials for the miracle shot that they are told will cure everybody.

H1N1, also known as the Swine Flu, was the latest of those scary diseases that terrified millions of people for several months. When the shot became available, heavily promoted and massive vaccination campaigns sprung around the world. One fact that was not promoted: Swine flu was often easily curable, and not very different than the “regular” flu. Another fact that was not promoted: Most of the flu shots contained Thimerosal.

Washington, DC, Jun. 8 (UPI) -- The autism rate for U.S. children is 1 in 166, according to the federal government. The autism rate for the Amish around Middlefield, Ohio, is 1 in 15,000, according to Dr. Heng Wang.

He means that literally: Of 15,000 Amish who live near Middlefield, Wang is aware of just one who has autism. If that figure is anywhere near correct, the autism rate in that community is astonishingly low.

Wang is the medical director, and a physician and researcher, at the DDC Clinic for Special Needs Children, created three years ago to treat the Amish in northeastern Ohio.

"I take care of all the children with special needs," he said, putting him in a unique position to observe autism. The one case Wang has identified is a 12-year-old boy.

Like stitchwork in an Amish quilt, Wang's comments extend a pattern first identified by United Press International in the Pennsylvania Dutch country around Lancaster, Pa.

A Lancaster doctor who has treated thousands of Amish for nearly a quarter-century said he had never seen any autism. "We're right in the heart of Amish country and seeing none -- and that's just the way it is," that doctor said last month.

Avandia: A deadly heart attack in a bottle!

Here are some testimonials about Avandia. Avandia is a diabetic drug linked to heart attacks and death. Like so many of the newer drugs Avandia is a poison. Avandia

Extreme weight gain. Rapid heart rate up to 300bpm. Had ablation surgery about two weeks ago. Have already made a trip back to the hospital with severe chest pain and heart rate back at 200 to 300bpm. Not looking hopeful. May have to have another surgery. I have not taken Avandia since 2007. Been going back and forth to the ER since 2006.

I have not found a doctor yet to agree that it was the Avandia caused this problem. They are scared. Glaxo may have threatened to hit them with a lawsuit. My family has no history of Heart disease. I had a CT scan of my heart and was told that I have the heart of someone in there late teens to early 20's. Attorneys will not acknowledge because I did not have a heart attack or die. I was told to come back after I have a heart attack. My quality of life has changed drastically. I have not been able to return to work yet. May not be able to.

Here is another near heart attack!

I started to experience chest pains a few years after taking this drug. (avandamet) I would describe the chest pain as heaviness and aching that would leave me with a feeling of anxiety. I would also feel palpitations and an irregular heart beat. My heart would speed up and then slow even when i would be sitting in bed or asleep. The pain would not be relieved by rest and would come at any time and last for hours sometimes.

I was having chest pains so severe one day that I checked myself into the ER. I was monitored and had an ECG done along with other blood tests, but they all came back normal. I have been complaining of these pains for years to friends, family and my doctors and all of them accused me of lying or exaggerating! I am so happy to hear I am not crazy! I got off of avandamet let year and since then I have been controlling my sugars with other meds. The chest pains have started to die down a bit, but they have not gone away! I'm scared!

I had swollen ankles and legs, chills, shortness of breath, extreme tiredness, could not walk more than 10 minutes without extreme pain in legs, 35lb weight gain. I hate it, I wished my doctor had never put me on it. It was "KILLING" me! Yes, killing me!!

3 states have voluntary public reporting of infection information (AR, AZ, WI).

13 states and D.C. have no laws on public reporting of hospital infections, though some have bills pending on the matter.

Of the states that have laws requiring public reporting of hospital-acquired infections, 12 states also have laws requiring the screening and/or reporting of hospital-acquired MRSA rates (CA, CT, IL, MN, NJ, NV, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA). Three states, MA, ME and NY, have legislation pending on the matter as of this update.

Needless, Deadly Peril at US Hospitals

Hospital infections kill more Americans each year than AIDS, car accidents and breast cancer combined -- and researchers are searching for solutions. This week, a study of 153 Veterans Affairs hospitals shows that doing a simple swab test to identify and isolate the few patients carrying infection-causing bacteria can save lives. It's called screening, but even more important is cleaning. Studies are rolling in that hospitals need to be cleaner.

In fact, if you're visiting a friend or relative in the hospital, don't bring flowers or candy -- take gloves and a canister of bleach wipes.

Hospitals do an inadequate job of cleaning rooms -- so germs left behind by past patients are lying in wait. Patients are at far greater danger of infection when placed in a hospital room where a previous patient had an infection. Hospitals won't tell you who occupied the room before you.
Alarming research published in the Archives of Internal Medicine (March 28) demonstrates that a patient's risk of picking up the drug-resistant bug MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) is much higher if the previous occupant of the hospital room had it.

Being placed in a room where the last patient had Clostridium difficile, or C. diff for short, more than doubles the risk of getting that dreaded infection, according to a new study in Infection Control and Hospital Epidemiology (March 2011). C. diff is the most common hospital infection in some parts of America.

Patients pick up invisible C. diff bacteria when they touch surfaces in their room, then eat a roll or cookie with their contaminated hands and swallow the bacteria along with the food.
C. diff causes life-threatening diarrhea -- wreaking havoc in your gastrointestinal system unless you have enough powerful "good" bacteria in your system to keep the C. diff under control. But patients on antibiotics often lack good bacteria. Some hospitals are treating desperately ill patients by giving them fecal enemas.

Pretty awful. Especially when it could be avoided by keeping the patient's room clean.
Dr. Robert Orenstein launched a cleanup campaign at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. -- wiping the frequently touched surfaces around each patient's bed once a day with bleach-soaked wipes. The results: a 75 percent drop in C. diff infections.

Lax room-cleaning raises the risk of contracting other kinds of hospital infections, too. The No. 1 predictor of which patient picks up a drug-resistant bug called VRE (vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus) is who occupied the patient's room in the prior two weeks, according to Tufts University investigators. That two-week span could mean three or four patients ago.
A study of 36 hospitals from Boston to Washington, DC, found that cleaners routinely overlook half the surfaces in patients' rooms. Toilet seats are cleaner than telephones and call buttons.

Doctors and nurses may clean their hands coming into the room -- but recontaminate them when they open the privacy curtain or rest their hands on the bed rail. Then they touch their patient, and germs enter the patient's body via an IV, urinary-tract catheter, wound or surgical incision.

For decades, hospital administrators and government agencies have shrugged off the notion that hospitals are dirty, saying, "germs are everywhere." They emphasize getting doctors and nurses to clean their hands -- which isn't enough.

The Joint Commission, which is responsible for accrediting most hospitals, just considers whether a hospital looks clean -- when infection-causing germs are invisible.

Food-processing plants routinely test surfaces for bacteria. Hospitals ought to meet at least the same standard.

GlaxoSmithKline, the British drug giant, has agreed to pay $750 million to settle criminal and civil complaints that the company for years knowingly sold contaminated baby ointment and an ineffective antidepressant — the latest in a growing number of whistle-blower lawsuits that drug makers have settled with multimillion-dollar fines.

And guess what. Nobody went to jail in spite of the fact that deaths and severe injuries occurred.

Altogether, GlaxoSmithKline sold 20 drugs with questionable safety that were made at a huge plant in Puerto Rico that for years was rife with contamination.

The real corruption and contamination is with the CEO CFO and other top executives of GlaxoSmithKline.

Cheryl D. Eckard, the company’s quality manager, asserted in her whistle-blower suit that she had warned Glaxo of the problems but the company fired her instead of addressing them. Among the drugs affected were Paxil, an antidepressant; Bactroban, an ointment; Avandia, a troubled diabetes drug; Coreg, a heart drug; and Tagamet, an acid reflux drug. No patients were known to have been sickened, although such cases would be difficult to trace.

In a rising wave, recent lawsuits have asserted that drug makers misled patients and defrauded federal and state governments that, through Medicare and Medicaid, pay for much of health care.
Using claims from industry insiders, federal prosecutors are not only demanding record fines but are hinting at more severe actions.

These criminals won't pay a fine out of their pockets. They won't be punished in the least. Put them in a state pen with other drug dealers and other dangerous felon and maybe they will get beaten to death.

Suffering a research drought, drug makers have laid off thousands of employees. Some of those dispatched have in turn filed whistle-blower lawsuits that can lead to criminal investigations.
Justice Department officials announced the settlement in a news conference Tuesday afternoon in Boston, saying a $150 million payment to settle criminal charges was the largest such payment ever by a manufacturer of adulterated drugs. The outcome also provides $600 million in civil penalties. The share to the whistle-blower will be $96 million, one of the highest such awards in a health care fraud case.

Drug companies create new dangerous drugs to replace the better drugs that no longer have patent protections.

When asked whether any individual could be charged in addition to the corporation charges, Carmen M. Ortiz, the United States attorney for Massachusetts, would say only that the investigation was not yet complete.

GlaxoSmithKline released a statement saying that it regretted operating the Puerto Rico plant in violation of good manufacturing practices. The company said the problem had involved only one plant that was closed in 2009. American shares in the company fell 0.35 percent on Tuesday.
Tony West, the assistant attorney general in charge of the department’s civil division, said hundreds of such lawsuits were awaiting federal review.

“We’ve opened more investigations, we’ve recovered more taxpayer dollars lost to fraud, we’ve had more convictions, higher penalties and fines in the last two years than we’ve had in any other two-year period,” Mr. West said in an interview.

The suits, all filed under seal, have for years been rising in size and scope, but the collective threat to the industry has been largely unnoticed because the growing mountain is obscured by a wall of judicial secrecy. Each successful claim begets more suits, with more being filed almost every week.
The suits are filed under a federal law originally intended to stop Civil War hucksters from selling rancid meat to the Union Army by paying bounties to tipsters. The pharmaceutical industry has become the law’s most successful target because the government now buys far more pills than bullets, and because fraud in health care is far more common.

Health care cases accounted for some 80 percent of the $3.1 billion recovered by the Justice Department under the false claims act last year, the Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund, a nonprofit whistle-blower advocacy group in Washington, reported on Monday. Most of the money is typically returned to the programs in which false claims were filed, like Medicaid and Medicare.

This is one more example in the mountain of proof that show that the greatest threat to American and the Western world is medical industrial complex.

The Food and Drug Administration and the inspector general of the Health and Human Services Department both announced recently that they would pursue charges against executives personally under a strict liability provision of the law, something that has not been done since 2007 when the three top executives of Purdue Pharma were convicted, sentenced to probation and personally fined $34 million while Purdue paid $600 million.

Probation?! Yet some crack dealer gets five years and all the street drugs sold and used in a year kill less people than prescription drugs kill in a year. Those fuckers need to be doing hard time is a prison.

The rule allows executives to be prosecuted and barred from government sales even if they were not aware of specific violations.

Legislation could make such claims easier to win. Last month, the House of Representatives passed a bill that permits executives to be barred even if they have left the company where the fraud occurred and that permits the inspector general to prosecute parent companies for the sins of subsidiaries.
Pfizer alone has settled four whistle-blower cases since 2002, and it paid a $2.3 billion fine last year, the largest in history. Whistle-blower cases have become so routine that Wall Street no longer takes much notice of individual suits, while the growing trend remains hidden.

When GlaxoSmithKline announced in July that it was setting aside $2.4 billion for legal costs, including enough to pay for the investigation into its Puerto Rico problems, the announcement was greeted with a yawn.

If anyone needs to be water boarded at Gitmo it's these slime.

Still, the case may lead to a collective industry shiver because it opens a new frontier for whistle-blower suits. Nearly all previous cases against the industry involved illegal marketing. This is the first successful case ever to assert that a drug maker knowingly sold contaminated products.
“This case will change the way drug makers run their factories,” Ms. Eckard’s lawyer, Neil Getnick, said.

At this point I would like to tell the anti regulation and anti accountability borrow and spend Republicans to go fuck themselves.

Some of the antidepressant Paxil CR produced at the plant was ineffective because a layer of active ingredient split from a layer of a barrier chemical during manufacturing, the government said, and some lots contained only the barrier chemical.

This could have been deadly. Paxil is poison anyway but Paxil withdrawal can be deadly.

“The harm is really in the public’s confidence in the health care industry,” Ms. Ortiz said. “When you go to a pharmacy and you buy a drug, you expect that drug is what it purports to be and you don’t expect it to have any micro-organisms or not be sterile or not have the power or have too much power.”

Ms. Eckard’s role in the case began in August 2002 when GlaxoSmithKline sent her to Cidra, south of San Juan, to lead a team of 100 quality experts to fix problems cited by an F.D.A. warning letter a month earlier.

This was GlaxoSmithKline’s premier manufacturing facility, producing $5.5 billion of product each year. But Ms. Eckard soon discovered that quality control was a mess: the water system was contaminated; the air system allowed for cross-contamination between products; the warehouse was so overcrowded that rented vans were used for storage; the plant could not ensure the sterility of intravenous drugs for cancer; and pills of differing strengths were sometimes mixed in the same bottles.

Millions of patients could have been harmed!

Although F.D.A. inspectors had spotted some problems, most were missed. And the company abandoned even the limited fixes it promised to conduct, the unsealed lawsuit says. Ms. Eckard complained repeatedly to senior managers; little was done. She recommended recalls of defective products; recalls were not authorized. In May 2003, she was terminated as a “redundancy.”
She complained to top company executives, but she was ignored even after warning that she would call the F.D.A. So she called the F.D.A. and sued. The agency began a criminal investigation and used armed federal marshals in 2005 to seize nearly $2 billion worth of products, the largest such seizure in history. Unable to fix the plant, GlaxoSmithKline closed it in 2009.

Just like all people of the world should boycott BP, all patients should boycott any products made by GlaxoSmithKline. If your doctor is still prescribing GlaxoSmithKline poisons your doctor is a scumbag.

American doctors are the highest paid in the world but both Democrats and Republicans suck up to doctors. It's simple. They are a bunch of lying, immoral, cowards, perverts and hypocrites. It doesn't take much of a mental leap to see how a group of scoundrels like that would sell the well beings of Americans down the road for a few pieces of sliver.

Gee I thought the GOP was really gung ho for the military?

While it is true they like military spending they don't give a rat's ass about the troops and when it come to prominent Democrats who served VS prominent Republicans it's no contest. The Republicans are the clear chicken hawks and this is especially telling because many prominent Democrats are women.

A Letter I Sent to the AMA

Dear AMA,

I am the owner of www.MedicalHolocaust.blogspot.com Medical Holocaust is dedicated to the millions of innocent Americans who are killed and maimed by MDs the US medical industry. This is who I am.

I am writing about FDA corruption and more generally the FDA's holding up approval for the NeoDisk and the M6 artificial replacement disk implants that have been proven safe and effective and a far better option than the old ball and socket ADRs and barbaric spinal fusions. Since 2003 in the rest of the world these American made products have been used to improve the lives of back patient and greatly reduce the cost of treatment.

I think it's pretty clear as to why these devices are not in use in the US. They simply work to well and if you are a doctor and know anything about these products you would know why they work so much better than the old ADRs and fusions.

If there is any human decency in the person or persons still left in the AMA who read this please advocate for American patients and not the greedy back pain industry.

I have a proposal: As you may know nearly 2 million Americans go outside the US for health care each year and that number is growing. Americans are dissatisfied with with the health care industry and for good reasons. I am not going to heap all the blame on MDs but you guys are a big part of the problem. You certainly offer no solution as you drop the ball on public health again and again and again.

Why not expand the AMA to the NAMA or Native American Medical Association and offer health care, particularly the new ADRs and regenerative medicine on sovereign Indian land. This way the billions of dollars that are going out of country and not in US MD's pockets will stay in the US.

US health care in the worst in the industrialized world and deep down you all know it, so don't deny it. Your once noble profession is now a farce. Please take this step and come down on the side of morality and patients.

The FDA is supposed to be a watchdog but for a very longtime it has been and continues to be the lapdog of the the criminal enterprise that is big pharma.

The FDA is supposed to protect consumer form bad medical products. They don't.

The sinister actions of the FDA don't stop with their approval of slews of deadly drugs each year. While big pharma's deadly and costly poisons have little problem passing FDA muster thanks to bribes and kickbacks medical devices from small companies get delayed for years while big companies like Johnson & Johnson maker of the defective Depuy hip implant that so far has maimed or killed over130,000 unsuspecting patients gets approved.

The CE Mark is the EU's standard for quality on consumer and medical devices. If a product get the CE Mark it most likely a safe product. There are many devices that get the CE Mark but for reasons involving greed they don't get FDA approval.

I can tell you to write an call your pimp in congress and complain. It probably won't do any good but it can't hurt. I say that when you see corruption and red tape that is causing you or you loved one needless suffering or premature death do what ever you see fit.

US Health Care Deadlier Than Osama bin Laden and Adolf Hitler Combined

We are all glad that somebody put a bullet in bin Laden's black and twisted heart and moth eaten brain but compared to the decades of carnage committed by the US health care industry Osma bin Laden was a real lightweight.

It's hard to get an exact number on how many deaths the actions of Hitler and bin Laden caused. I don't think bin laden even killed 50K. 42,000,000 deaths which can probably be blamed on Hitler to one extent or another.

US health care has not eclipsed the carnage of Hitler yet but left unhindered it will. BUT.. in all, bin Laden's attacks have killed less Americans than one day of US health care.

Let's start with the theoretical by asking this question. Name some diseases US health care has found a cure for in the past 50 years. That number is close to zero. Sure, we hear the line, "We are close to a cure." and we have been hearing that same lie for 40 years. No cures for MS, cancer, AIDS, arthritis, the common cold, diabetes, epilepsy, and the list goes on and on. It is very difficult to believe that in 50 years none of the diseases I listed have a cure. We can only make an educated guess as to the death toll caused by the medical industry's cold indifference to human suffering and its lust for money.

Let's look at some real numbers.

Health Care Acquired Infections mean big bucks

We'll start with nosocomial also known as health care acquired infections or HAIs. Even with a system that under reports these easily preventable infections the death toll from HAIs exceeds 100K per year. The infection rate for HIAs, based on under reporting is 1 in 10. That is over 2 MILLION Americans each year. The real number is probably far far higher.

Ask yourself why well over 2 million Americans get HAIs each year. Ask yourself why this is tolerated. Seems puzzling?? The answer is simple. $$$$$ MONEY! $$$$$ Not convinced? The average one night stay in a hospital is $2000 and if you end up in the ICU it's around $10,000. Infecting people with deadly pathogens is big business. That is why the Pronvonost protocol is not in place in most hospitals.

In the 2003 Michigan study called the Keystone Initiative the median rate of infections dropped at a typical ICU from 2.7 per 1,000 patients to zero after three months. The Keystone Initiative published its results in the December, 2006 New England Journal of Medicine. In the first three months of the project, the infection rate in Michigan’s ICUs decreased by sixty-six per cent. In the Initiative’s first eighteen months, they estimated that 1500 lives and $100 million were saved. These results were sustained for almost four years.
Several reasons may explain why a simple checklist protocol is not more widely adapted:

Many physicians do not like being monitored by nurses or otherwise being forced to follow a checklist; In other words too lazy and arrogant.
A wish to avoid standardized tasks and bureaucracy; and
A focus by researchers on "more exciting" issues such as disease biology and new treatment therapies

All off the above point to lazy, arrogant and greedy

Deadly Prescription Drugs Mean BIG Bucks!

Thomas Moore, a senior fellow in health policy at the George Washington University Medical Center, estimates that prescription drugs -- those reviewed and approved by the FDA -- contribute to 100,000 U.S. deaths each year. This refers only to properly prescribed drugs. This does not refer to drug interactions and medication error that occur at least 10 times a day in the average US hospital.

The extra medical costs of treating drug-related injuries occurring in hospitals alone conservatively amount to $3.5 billion a year, and this estimate does not take into account lost wages and productivity or additional health care costs, the report says.

Doctors and health care worker fuck ups aka medical errors kill 2 million Americans each year and maim millions more and the bottom line is... and it's always about the bottom line... these "errors" net the corporate controlled 100's of BILLIONS. Now you know the whole story.

The Politics and Economics of Orthopedic Medicine

I'm sure some of you will tell me to put on my tin hat but I'll risk dealing with the ridicule.

There is no valid reason for why the latest generations of of ADR are not available to Americans on American soil. Many of you have heard of the M6 ADR if you have not heard of this disk here's the 411. The M6 acts like the real thing. It absorbs shock and provide normal mobility of the vertebral joint. It has been used worldwide for many years and it is far better that fusions or the old ADRs.

I called Spinal Kenetics the manufacturer of the M6 and I was told that they cannot afford the costs of clinical trials. I was told that the M6 has proven to be excellent in worldwide use. The M6 is an American made disk.

As good as the M6 is the American made Neo Disk may be even better for many reasons. It is a simpler install and it has even less chance of migration and it will fuse better and even if it won't fuse it will still function normally.

The problem with these new ADRs is that they are minimally disruptive. In other words they have a faster and more complete recovery and revision surgeries are rare hence they are more cost effective.

The back pain industry is huge and there is all sorts of allopathic treatment much of which is dangerous hocus pocus such as nerve ablation and some PT and pain management.

Think of it like this. What if there were a vaccine for gum disease, crooked teeth and cavities? How big would the dental industry be? The new US made ADRs will put dent in back pain industry profits simply because they work really well for many patients and unlike fusions and old ADR the prevent the DDD cascade effect.

These disks should have been available in 2003 or earlier but because bad medicine and disease management is far more lucrative that cures Americans are allowed to suffer needless to satisfy the money lust of a corporate medical industry.

ADVOCATE!

The FDA is controlled by the US congress and the US congress is the lap dog or the medical industry. Strenuously petition your representatives.

If you want one of these ADRs demand it. ACT UP! If you trust your doctor to be competent and honest then you should be allowed to have him implant this disk if in his and your medical judgement it is what you need to be restored to good health. Not allowing us this treatment is a form of Nazism. Yeah, I know that word get used too much but in this case it's appropriate. Don't allow them to make us victims of medical greed!

If pot is a legal medication is California then why won't other states override the FDA?

I can't say for sure but here is my theory. Pot is not controlled by the FDA it is controlled by the DEA. The FDA is much more deadly and powerful than the DEA or any law enforcement agency in the US.

The US drug companies are massive compared to companies like NuVasive or Spinal Kenetics and that is why the can get one new poison after another into the bodies of unsuspecting patients. It is also why giants like Johnson and Johnson makers of the defect DePuy joint implants can get into the bodies of trusting patients.

Over 130,000 patients have been maimed by the DePuy implant.

Johnson & Johnson DePuy's Frankenstein device was unfit for sale but it took the maiming of 130,000 people before the Fourth Reich aka the corporate owned American government acted.

Chances are your primary care doctor hasn't heard of this so you will have to educate him/her.
